Prefulgé (Lat: praefulgeo = shine, glow visibly or strikingly) is a person who shines their inner power outwardly and is thus easily noted and captures others’ attention. They are a person whose energy vibrates in a special and remarkable way. It seems that Prefulgé is exceptionally present.
Prefulgé is a state that many admire and that a Chrysalid often aspires to, if they yet aren’t, therefore it is good to take a closer look at what these brilliant bright spots really are in our lives and the downsides of being so visible and noticed.

There is something striking about a Prefulgé. When a Prefulgé enters the room, they are easy to spot if they so wish. They are able to draw attention to themselves with just their presence, and there is something captivating in their body language.
Prefulgé is often charismatic, emotionally intelligent, expressive and good at communicating. For example, they can often be a frontman, an empath or an artist. There are also more withdrawn Prefulgés, who are not equipped with traditional external front many features, but whose glow is based on some other trait. What all the types have in common, however, is that they are magnetic, sometimes unintentionally, and quickly become well-known people, influencers and trendsetters in their circles.
Many celebrities are clearly Prefulgé, and that has undoubtedly been a reason that has brought them to the point where they are. Particularly among the actors, it is easy to spot this particular Spark.
From the point of view of a Finn following the indigenous traditional Finnish spiritual tradition “Karhun Kansa”, loosely translated to “People of the Bear”, a Prefulgé could also be studied with the concepts of “Luonto” and “Väki”. “Väki” can be translated in this context to mean both unseen and visible powers that are part of traditional Finnic mythology. Väki can refer to a gathering of spirits that manifests as a magical power, but it can also describe the power of a human or power of their magic. Having a lot of Väki, “to be väkevä”, further means you’d have a high amount of magic or power in you. “Luonto”, in this context, refers to the spirit within a person, more specifically you could imagine it as your own guardian spirit. It was seen that people with a powerful inner spirit would have a high chance to be successful. You can see how both of the words can be combined now, “Väki” as powerful and “Luonto” as the spirit, therefore, someone could have been described “Väkevä Luontoinen”. And yes, dear reader, Finnish has a horrible way of throwing in nominal inflections to words, but this also quite beautifully describes the etymology of the words. For the sake of this explanation though, you can think of a Prefulgé as someone with “väkevä luonto” or a powerful inner spirit. The most important part is, that not everyone has an intrinsically powerful spirit, but it can be trained, such as being a Prefulgé.
A Prefulgé seems to channel an exceptional amount of energy, radiance. They radiate it outward and give part of their energy to others. The positive response that follows from receiving this radiance will energize the Prefulgé. However, it is only a secondary source of power, as the themselves Prefulgé is also the primary producer of their energy. The best advice for someone who knows a Prefulgé would be to provide that Prefulgé with fuel. By doing so, they will voluntarily boost the Prefulgé to shine and radiate even more powerfully. This way, they’ll also get some high-quality energy for themselves in return.
The person who gets to be closer to a Prefulgé can often find themselves having a variety of feelings suddenly surfacing. The feature brings out interesting responses in people, such as admiration, people falling to their feet and becoming intrigued by the Prefulgé but it’s not all a bed of roses. As Prefulgé is often seen, heard, succeeds, and attracts people to themselves, they also often become the focus of jealousy and grudge. As sexual equality and mutual encouragement of women have gained an excellent foothold in society, it is still sadly common, especially among the binary genders, that the one who might get the opposite sexes attention, will simultaneously arouse anger in others of their gender. A person who is sexually and romantically successful is seen as a competitor and that their success is out of the success of others. It is easy to fall for a Prefulgé, but when the person falling has their own admirers, will the Prefulgé all of a sudden become a target of the ressentiment of this third party, regardless of how the Prefulgi might feel about all of this and through no actions of their own.

"Drama always follows Prefulgé, but the Prefulgé may choose not to follow the drama."
A person, who’s not one with themselves, might feel conflicting feelings towards a Prefulgé. The radiance will act as a powerful mirror for some, awaking feelings of inferiority or being less than. This feeling, of course, is only a feeling: the Prefulgé isn’t perfect, they’re not superior in every way. A Prefulgé also is not the same thing as being an Imago. Being a Prefulgé is in the end only a series of traits and even when having mastered those traits, it doesn’t mean that the non-Prefulgé wouldn’t have traits that the Prefulgé might lack and even desire. Being a Prefulgé does not mean that you are happy, either. But it does help to achieve some of your dreams and life goals. It helps you to get noticed. And being noticed is needed to become eternal.
If one is able to rationalize their thoughts, they can draw from the radiance of a Prefulgé and learn immensely from it. If, on the other hand, a person gives in to their sense of inadequacy and blames external factors for their own deficiencies, the Prefulgé may become a subject of passive and/or active attacks and negativity. People who try to invalidate Prefulgé will quickly find themselves outside of the Prefulgés radiance. These people often, mistakenly, imagine that if the Prefulgés radiance was shut off it would leave more space left for others to shine.
Comically, for the attackers – that I like to call the Moon Eaters – the reason to do something negative is only their own need to be recognized by the Prefulgé. Then when Prefulgé, as self-defense to these attacks, removes their radiance from these people they are surprised. They only then realize they actually needed that radiance and wanted it.
But the thing is: No matter how hard one would try to cover the radiance of a Prefulgé, the spark is always there. You can’t eat and destroy the moon and expect you get its properties. After all, the moon gets its light from the Sun; and a lunar eclipse can’t kill a star.
Prefulgé will time after time find opportunities to jump into conflicts, where they’re expected to play the role of a negotiator. It is easy to fall prey to such a spin, because society has taught the unquestionable importance of sorting out conflicts without taking into account people’s inequalities in human skills. As Prefulgé steps into Chrysalis, they’ll still have conflicts presented to themselves on a golden platter, but they’re asked to rise above such an unnecessary load, otherwise their focus shifts from improving their own life to futile conflict resolution. Drama always follows Prefulgé, but the Prefulgé may choose not to follow the drama.

Prefulgé quickly realizes that they’ll have to think about scaling, which is how their time and their own coping are suited to the growing demands of the environment. For example, in a large hobby group, Prefulgé will quickly find themselves in a situation where they’ll receive dozens of private messages every day where people want to be noticed by them.
A burnt out or broken Prefulgé is sad and distressing sight because where their positive energy sweetens the environment, their negative energy is just as overpowering but totally opposite. An angry Prefulgé is like a massive thunderstorm in the distance, that shakes something on its atomic level. Their words seem ten times more powerful and their unpopularity aches.
Being a Prefulgé is both a blessing and a curse. In general, however, the benefits are so remarkable that one can assume that people want to seek the presence and energy control capabilities that a Prefulgé has.
One of Chrysalid’s aspirations is a significance, because it will be easier to immortalize yourself when you’re significant. And because Prefulgé is always significant, the Temple of Chrysalis will practice the traits involved in being a Prefulgé. When these traits are properly harnessed and combined with something so memorable that the person somehow remains in history, this is immortalization. The concrete things that are done along this path are the Deeds of Immortalization.
The trait is usually innate, but it can also be practiced. More specifically, it is a harmonic entity of the following traits: performance, presence, magic, empathy, talk, manners, movement language, charisma, and external habit. The more areas one can train, the more radiating Prefulgé they will eventually be.
