How to get there

    Vahojärven leirikeskus (Vahojärvi camp center) rests in a quiet lake region surrounded by forest near Parkano city.

    There are a couple of ways to get near the event location with public transportation.

    Option 1: From Helsinki central railway station

    Hop into VR train from Helsinki railway station and ride to Parkano.

    Some of the organizing team will come and pick you up from Parkano. It’s a 15-minute drive by car.

    Note: The driver(s) will announce a time of pick up closer to the event so that we can get everybody to the location with one ride.

     

    Option 2: OnniBus

    (Recommended if you have planned and agreed a Chrysalid group ride from Tampere)

    Hop into an OnniBus from Helsinki and ride to Tampere. Hop into the car of your fellow Chrysalid to get to the camp center. The ride takes about 1 hour 30 minutes.
